stuff (but I'm sure all of you have). In case you don't know, kozmo.com is
a service that delivers movies (rental and sales) and other stuff in about
an hour- urban areas only.

AGENT FORMAN:
I'd like to share a revelation that I've had...during my time here. It came
to me when I tried to classify tech support people- I realized that they're
not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet develops a brain. But
these tech support people do not. They move to a job and they auto-reply
and auto-reply until every processor resource is consumed. The only way to
survive is to not pay attention to a goddamn word I say. There is another
profession that follows the same pattern: referees...

*ahem*, well I'm out of material here, so here's why I'm saying this...this
is a conversation I had with Kozmo.com tech support. I kind of wonder if
they're "watching the right game." I think i'm just going to throw up my
hands and say 'fsck it... I don't need a dvd player delivered in an hour
anyway..'.(that's right, you can buy a dvd player and have it in an hour.)

The kozmo prices sound reasonable, but the list prices aren't quite right,
